How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. You add a payment method up front and are only charged when the trial ends. You can cancel any time before that.
Is there a free plan?
No. The smallest plan is Hobby, and every plan starts with a 14-day trial.
What does "private" mean for a status page?
A private page is gated. Visitors get in with a password, from an allowlisted IP, or through SAML SSO on Business. You can combine methods, and a visitor who satisfies any enabled one gets access.
Where do I manage billing?
In the app. Once you've signed up and created a workspace, you can change plans, download invoices, and manage payment methods and add-ons from workspace settings.
